Templates are quickly drawn up for others to use and have always been tested. I always recommend high density eva foam for sturdy props. And to put some sort of support inside, such as PVC pipe or wood, to keep props sturdy. 5-6mm eva foam minimum for armors.

Models developed by me that are free will be at my Makerworld profile. Downloads and boosts there help support me with no cost to you.

3D files below are taken from Warcraft itself, and are modified by me for 3D printing purposes. I don’t charge for these, as the base files belong to Blizzard.
