2025 Plans

As those of you that follow my feed know, you are aware that I have yet to finish the Xal’atath tutorial. I have mentioned just taking pictures for the rest. And then decided to just make guides that are downloadable. But there’s a bit more going on for the year. Let’s see how all of it goes.

Here are the plans for 2025:

  • Applied to guest at a major convention within the first half of the year. Too early to hear back yet.

  • Finish the Xal’atath tutorial.

  • Begin and finish the new Alleria. I have a ton of materials. It’s just a matter of finishing Xal’atath first.

  • Changing my YouTube strategy. Doing just tutorials takes too long. I now plan on discussing some of them, but also adding all of my learnings and misadventures from cosplay. There’s so much that I may never share if I just wait for “the right costume tutorial.” I rather just share my techniques now.

  • Handmake an Omniheroes costume. I have a few that are more bought than made. I want to fully make something while the game is still going strong, and I’m still involved as an official cosplay content creator with them.

Skills I plan on learning:

  • prosthetics

  • better body paint work

  • Glowforge Aura - I already have cut 2mm foam, and I’ve engraved 6mm. But I want to learn a bit more of what I can do with it.

That’s the plan for now. I hope to actually use more skills, rather than live in a pit of learning things with nothing to post about them. Do more, learn less in 2025.
